Property team vacancies (residential & commercial)

Residential Property NQ Solicitor or equivalent

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive & compassionate NQ Solicitor (or equivalent qualification) to join our busy, exciting Property team experiencing ever increasing growth. Due to the current volume of matters, the role is to initially assist senior experienced members of the team, ultimately leading to your own case load, with opportunities for growth.

    Tasks will include drafting documents, meeting and supporting clients, progressing matters, assisting senior members of the team, Land Registry and Stamp Duty matters, post-completion tasks, as well as getting involved with the growth of the team, joining us at network events and assisting with events we hold.

    Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

    Work pattern: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

    Salary: Competitive.

    Location: Onsite

  • You must be a newly qualified Solicitor or equivalent with experience in residential property.

  • We are looking for a compassionate, positive and conscientious person, keen to learn, grow and enjoy the journey as they progress their career with us. Clients are at the heart of why we do what we do so it is important to us that any new member of the team is able to maintain a rapport with our clients, can remain compassionate with our clients even when under pressure, and encourage a positive attitude within the team at all times.
